When it comes to residential cleaning, we’ve found that it’s rarely a one-size-fits-all approach. Each home, its needs, and the homeowners’ priorities vary. Let’s chat about the priorities you have for your home.

Please note: some homes may require an initial deep clean before further cleans can be scheduled. Deep cleans are individually quoted based on the size and condition of the home.

*Note: Regularly scheduled residential bookings are available starting October 2026.

Here is our “checklist” for our basic residential cleans:

High to low dusting throughout the entire home – this includes surfaces and cleaning around decorative and other items
Windows ( interior ), and sliding glass doors, including window ledges, grooves, and/or sills
Vacuum and clean floors throughout the entire home
Washing all accessible walls
Top-to-bottom cleaning and deep cleaning of the bathroom. This includes the sink, bath, shower, and all surfaces and fixtures.
Top-to-bottom cleaning of the kitchen
- cabinets exterior
- appliances
- all countertops, surfaces ,and backsplashes
- sinks and hardware
- floors vacuumed, swept, and cleaned
- baseboards

We sanitize each and every bathroom and kitchen, and we clean them with a mild disinfectant. If you have product requests, please let Brianna know.

A space will need to be seen in person before you can schedule a cleaning
If cleaning your home will require moving larger than average furniture or large appliances to be moved, please let us know upon requesting a quote.

Deep cleans; Often times it’s possible to complete a deep clean of a home in one day. Upon other instances, it may take coming back more than once. This greatly depends on the size and condition of the home.
We have truly seen it ALL when it comes to what needs to be cleaned and we enter each and every home void of judgment. We are here to serve, never to cast judgment upon you or your home, ever.
Crystal Clear Cleaners comes equipped with all of our own cleaning equipment and supplies which we bring to each site. If you have specific product requests or products you do not want used in your home, let us know.
